Correspondence with the National Irrigation Congress, 1910.

Contains correspondence between the Governor of Ohio and the National Irrigation Congress, which met in Pueblo, Colorado in 1910. The Governor was asked to send a delegation of fifteen from Ohio to the meeting. The Congress's objectives were to "save the forests, store the floods, reclain the deserts, make homes on the land."
